With a background in Psychology (BSc, MSc) and years of experience as a national-level ice hockey athlete, I take a holistic approach to health—centered on long-term vitality, performance, and healthspan.
I work 1:1 with clients online, blending personalized training, performance nutrition, accountability, and lifestyle structuring. I specialize in metabolic reset—helping clients repair and optimize their metabolism so fat loss becomes automatic and sustainable, not a grind.
