Great article, Devin. I'm a big fan of the minimal effective dose of exercise. I think the need to work out for long periods of time every day is so engrained into us that it's hard to move away from this. I know the concept of achieving good results in 40 minutes or less makes me uncomfortable. I always want to do more - exercise for longer with fewer rest days. But your point about quality is an important idea to remember.
