Thank you for reading! Yes, in general fasting doesn't work as well for women as it does for men, and loads of experts acknowledge this. However, it's still marketed to everyone the same without a whole lot of consideration about populations that should stay away from it.

Don't feel guilty for eating breakfast! In my experience, I always have a better body composition when I eat breakfast than when I don't. When I skip breakfast, my body seems to want to store extra fat.
