Yes, exactly! So often we're told to set big goals, even unrealistic ones, because that will allow us to achieve great things.
But sometimes smaller goals, and especially having a process, is much more effective. I especially find that seeing other people who have achieved what I want to achieve to be stressful and discouraging. It feels as though I will never get there, or that I need to work ridiculously hard to get there.
