Yes, exactly! I drink 2 most days, but sometimes 3. I think the key thing is to listen to your body and take regular breaks from all caffeine.
I have one in the morning around 8, then another some time mid morning, and then maybe one early afternoon. I listen to my body and if I'm already feeling wired, or it's after 2pm, I probably won't have another one.
