You can try it out and see! Some people respond well to vigorous fasted exercise, and others don't. For example, if I do a fasted morning run with my friend, she often struggles and feels awful, whereas I feel quite good.

Exercise is always highly independent and even varies between contexts. Sometimes I also feel awful with fasted morning exercise, but sometimes I feel better than if I had eaten. How your body responds depends on so many factors, so just listen to your body.
